About Xavier’s Consulting Club
Formed in 2022 by students of St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, Xavier’s Consulting Club is a premier consulting club based in Kolkata. In the past 4 years, the club has completed 30+ live projects serving MNCs and high ticket clients in various industries.
Live projects
Live projects let members work with real clients to solve business challenges through research, analysis, and strategy. Each project builds problem solving, teamwork, and consulting skills while creating tangible impact.

XCC engages in a wide range of consulting-related activities, including live projects with real-time clients, workshops & speaker sessions where you’ll get to connect with industry experts, and internal case training programs designed to upskill our members.
Interested junior consultants will be required to go through personal interview rounds. The number of candidates selected will vary, depending on the scale of the project undertaken and the nature of the work.
